ok, found a solution: I have a family subscription, I have changed the profile to the one of my wife, then back to mine and now it works

I have checked, also for me the problem started after last update, 4 days ago.
I have the same issue on my android phone. On desktop, with the same account no problem. The installed Deezer version is 7.0.2.75.Android version is 9
