Been with Deezer since 2018.I just got my email TODAY, the 19th Dec! entitled ‘Your Deezer Premium subscription is getting even better!’What a lovely email I thought, informing me that I would now be getting a better service! The digital world occasionally does this with the Virgin/O2 VOLT collab for example, ramping up my broadband and data allowance for being a customer for free… for now anyway. Nice.So a dazzling service Deezer!Until I fully read the email. I am going to be charged 20% extra for this upgrade in service that I don’t want, and if you read the small print….you can opt out… by cancelling your subscription!? You couldn’t make this PR fail up! And it informed me that my prices would increase from the 21st Nov… almost a month ago.I will also leave this to the last paragraph to say how much I loved Deezer in the past. Particularly as it allowed you to upload your own tracks to stream. But I cannot tolerate the misleading and insulting construction of this email.
