Make the desktop app easily downloadable: there's nothing on the website!
Seriously, if you go to : https://www.deezer.com/explore/en-us/download/ there's nothing. Yeah, a link to Google Play, which tells you to install it on your mobile. Completely at the bottom there's a link "download desktop”which brings you to … the exact same page.
I have a new laptop and wanted to install the desktop app again. This means I have to browse through the forums here again to find that direct download link someone posted a while ago, or just guess that you find some version of it in Microsoft Store? Maybe? (That store thing doesn't work flawlessly either, but that's a different story).
Not very convincing for new customors, is it now?

Hi @8BallBoris !
I was open link which you was put above ,and here is what I see on my PC
I can download here
and if I scroll down … I can download here
Do you see the same !?
You can download Deezer app on your PC (like above) or you can be on Deezer web
https://www.deezer.com/en/
Hi Nina,
Thanks for checking. It’s weird though, I didn’t see the download button (Vivaldi browser, Windows 11, brandnew ASUS Vivobook). I checked now on my computer here and I can see the download link. I’ll check tonight again whether the problem persists on my new laptop, or whether it was just a hiccup on the internet.
Kind regards
Joris
PS: I’m a Deezer customer for a couple of years already, I listen often through the web browser or the mobile app.
I also don’t see a download button on Mac Safari (17.2.1), although it does appear using MS Edge.

Hi @8BallBoris, thank you for sending the screenshot.
Indeed, this issue was reported by some users, and our developers have already fixed the problem.
Would you mind trying to download the desktop app again?
If the issue persists, please let me know.
Hi @Leonídia.Deezer ,
alas still the same. I removed my ad blockers to make sure they weren’t the culprit, and the default Windows security is on to make sure that is not the culprit either. I am logged into my Deezer account, but that made no difference.
If I stay on the page for about a minute (I was trying to check what part of the page code was giving me a hint of what went wrong), it suddenly pops up. Reloading the page makes the problem reappear.

When the button shows up, the following errors are added :
I still have this problem, I do not see a download button in Chrome or Firefox. I am on Ubuntu for work at the moment. I am assuming this is an electron app so it should be available for Linux?
@Jurn I just cheked in both browsers and the “Download” button is available. It is an electron app but we don’t have a native client for Deezer on Linux. Apologies for the inconvenience
