The icon for my favourites don't light up and a lot of albums are missing or very hard to find.

If the images of the songs are gray, it means that they are no longer available. Some songs can be replaced with the same songs only from another album.

Problem is happening again, can't add favourites

Please try the following steps:
- Restart the Deezer app: Completely close the Deezer app and restart it.
- Clear the app cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Deezer > Storage > Clear Cache. This will remove temporary files that may be causing the error.
- Update the Deezer app: Make sure you have the latest version of the Deezer app installed on your device.
- Restart your device: Turn the device off completely and turn it back on after a few seconds.
If none of these steps work, try uninstalling the Deezer app from your device and reinstalling it from the official app store (Google Play Store for Android, App Store for iOS).
If the issue persists, please answer the following questions:
- What’s the brand and model of the device you’re having problems with?
- What’s the version of the operating system (Android, iOS, Windows, or Mac) installed on your device?
- If you’re using our app, what’s the Deezer version installed on your device?
- If you’re using Deezer on the web browser, which browser are you using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge)? What’s the latest version installed?
