I have a continual problem when using the Deezer app on my iPhone. When I am listening to any playlist via the app the playback doesn’t move onto the next song after the current one finishes. So I have to manually move to the next song. And this happens with each song.

This happens only on playlists (either my own or Deezer curated ones), playing albums is totally fine and works as you’d expect.

I don’t get this issues when listening to Deezer playlists via Sonos so it appears to be a problem with the iOS app itself.

I just tried to replicate the issue on my iOS devices and I can’t reproduce the same problem.

Please try to clean cache and data of the app to get improvements.

Otherwise I would recommend to uninstall the app and install again.

You should be installing version 10.17.0.4

If the issue persists, please try to record a video and share with us.

Please include iOS version and Deezer app version screenshots.


Thank you, that does seem to have fixed it. I know this comes back which is odd but thanks.
