One of the favorite pieces of music in my personal favorite list is no longer playable. Why is this?

sorry about this, could be for one of the reasons listed in this article 
It was available! It was taken down sudderen..
OK - so no answer is forthcoming.
As stated. it *was* available earlier (hence included in my favorites), but now it shows "not available in your country". I did not move.
What is changed? Please a relevant answer, no redirection to a FAQ that does not help me..
