jbl ear phones cant connect

Hi

So I've received a new phone galaxy s21 plus.  My jbl wave 100tws earphones aren't connecting to deezer. I have followed all the instructions that I've seen and still not working. I can connect to other media sites ie YouTube.

We are sorry to hear that. Is there any error message shown on the screen of your device when you try to pair the headphones to Deezer?

Most of the headphones and hand sets can be connected via Bluetooth to Deezer.

You can check what devices are supported by Deezer on our website https://www.deezer.com/en/devices

No there is no error message. They say they are connected but no music plays through them
