I am new to Deezer and wanted to know how to convert my downloads to MP3. I have Sam Pro so i would like to load my songs to my device.

You can upload your own MP3s to Deezer, or you can download the songs you stream from our platform, onto your device but as part of the app. Songs from Deezer can't be downloaded as separate MP3s, as they're protected 
No. Deezer songs are encrypted just like Spotify did. You will have to use extra tool to convert your music songs to MP3. I have ever tried NoteBurner Deezer Converter. It works on my PC.
