I am trying to connect to my account but I got this message :

« You have already requested access. You already claimed this artist or this artist has already been claimed by someone else ».

How can I find a solution, so I can use Deezer for Creators ?

RAGS AND RICHES is the Artist name. I submitted May of 2023 and still have not been able to gain access. I just sent in another claim this evening.
