Song/Artist/Album isn't on Deezer - What happens if I can't find the music I want?

Although we already have an extensive music catalog, it might still happen that you can’t find a specific songs or albums.
Our music acquisition is negotiated between artists & right-holders. It’s nothing we have direct input in so I cannot guarantee that we will get them.
Don't forget that if you have an active subscription you can upload the song to your own mp3 section on Deezer and then you can add it to playlists.The step by step guide is here.

There is so much of PS Classics’ catalogue missing from Deezer. Whenever I contact them about it, they advise that all music has been sent to all streaming services so they don’t know why it’s not showing on Deezer (they are ALL on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and Amazon Music.

Last time I was on Deezer on the Charles Mingus feed, there were a large selection of live albums. Today, there are two. I’ve noticed this with other artists as well. The reason I’ve been with Deezer for years is that you have always had a more complete collection than other streaming services. Lately, your choices have been shrinking. Why is this?

This album, Hesitation Marks - Nine Inch Nails, suddenly disappeared!

The rest of their discography is still there, including the Deezer playlist "100% Nine Inch Nails" in the screenshot above which references this album.

 

Please provide a valid answer. It can't be the record label or artist as this was an album that used to be on Deezer, it's not a new release, and clearly the rest of their content is on Deezer.

Deezer had a similar problem for over a year about the album Meliora by Ghost, despite having their whole discography and a 100% playlist and even Deezer exclusive content for that band.

Kelsea Ballerini has 10 million + monthly listeners on Spotify and Deezer doesn’t even have her latest 3 albums?? Pls add her!!

A band I play in (Arrester) has published an album (Method in the Madness) which is on Spotify, YouTube music and Apple music, but it's missing in Deezer. How to I resolve this?

Unfortunately, it does not only depend on us, the artist and their label decide where they want their music to be distributed. 

if you know to whom to write,please do write this message to Deezer people who add music,i’m young but can’t understand why Deezer has 90millions songs but there are no polka bands from USA especially Cleveland Slovenian style, it's pity/regrettable that Deezer doesn't add American Cleveland Slovenian style polkas waltzes groups/bands,many artists are out of stock many to buy but it’s expensive to buy additional CDs from USA to Lithuania,i can't find neither CDs to buy if i would have more money nor to listen for monthly 10 Euros payment,please tell me can you add as much Polka artists in Cleveland style as you can?i would also like to listen other artists from polkaconnection,as i see there are lots of music but i can't understand why you don't add many polka cleveland style artists.polka style Cleveland style is not music that you can't add for paying monthly?it's regretable
