Dezeer closes on its own

When playing Dezeer the apps shuts down on its own mid song. My fiances app does the same thing? Why? It's frustrating.  Please fix this glitch. Using a Samsung S21.

    How lucky you are, to have a fiance hahaha…
    Kindly try to reinstall the app, or it should be any potential app that is closing your app. I had the same problem but after reinstalling the app it fixes the crash. 

    What kind of songs is your enjoying nowadays? I have to choose the best birthday party songs for my daughter which I will sing on the occasion, also, during decorating my balloons for the party. 😃

    can you reinstall the app on both devices? 

    Do you get an error message when the app crashes? 

    Can you please send a screenshot?

        Can you try to reinstall the app @Mark Loggenberg? It should solve it as well. 🙂

        Hello. Same problem. It is very annoying. I pay 11,- eur/month. Is it normal by service provider?

        I have deleted and reinstalled the app and the random shut downs still happen. There is nothing to screenshot, no warning or notice. The app just closes mid song and you have to open the app like it was never playing. Can this bug please be fixed. Actually using Samsung S22 (not 21 as previously mentioned).
