I've just got a new phone with plenty of storage available. I'm connected to WiFi. It downloaded about 10% of my playlist and gets jammed and doesn't download any further. I have started and restarted over and over again but no luck

Hey @DaveB87

I don't know how much you've already downloaded. But: In most cases the solution is to completely reinstall the app. Then you should start the downloads bit by bit. Are you using the regular app from the Play Store or a beta version?

Hello I'm in the the Beta app. I can uninstall and reinstall no problem. Il give it a try in a bit. Thanks 🙂👍

How do i get mine to download these songs?  Please don't tell me to delete my data. Your servers are just too slow to download from. and you have to have the app open to download as it doesn't download in the background. Imagine having to keep your phone open with deezer in the foreground to download gigs of data at 20mbps.  In the end  i usually end up in the same situation with a couple songs that just won't download. I even try to remove the heart and add the heart back and no dice. Thanks in advance.…

And for the record, this happens across all my android devices.. like three of them. They all can't download certain songs. Nightmare and it's been like this for many years as i whined about this probably 2 to 3 years back. I recommend you add a "fix downloads" button somewhere that will check to make sure all your playlist songs are downloaded and if not, will download them. Since you aren't able to fix it a smart way, fix it the easy way so we don't have to switch to spotify or another provider and deal with their different nonsense.
