I’m running into a problem everyday when start I the Deezer app. Ads play non stop on loop whenever I tap ‘Favorite Tracks” and tap ‘shuffle” to play.

Force closing or clearing the app cache temporarily resolves issue.

To try and resolve your issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Restart the Deezer app (completely close the Deezer app and restart it).
  2. Clear the app cache. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Deezer > Storage > Clear Cache. This will remove temporary files that may be causing the error.
  3. Update the Deezer app (make sure you have the latest version of the Deezer app installed on your device).
  4. Restart your device (turn off the device completely and turn it back on after a few seconds).
  5. If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling the Deezer app from your device and reinstalling it from the official app store (Google Play Store for Android, App Store for iOS).
