I landed on a free account even though I pay for a subscription

Do you have a paid account, but it appears to be free when you log in?
 

Don't worry, we're here to help. This happens frequently, and one of the main causes is having multiple Deezer accounts and not connecting to the correct one.


I have just paid for my subscription, my profile has not changed, but my account is free

If your account remains free after a recent payment, but your content has not changed and is exactly the same, there may have been a payment issue when renewing. You can easily fix this, depending on the situation.

If you subscribed via Apple, check that you have been charged. If not, contact Apple, if yes, contact Deezer customer support with proof of payment.

Subscribed via your phone provider? Activation can take up to 48 hours, if after this period your account remains free, contact Orange directly.

I just paid for my subscription, but my account is free and I can no longer find my content

If your account seems different, is missing content and appears to be free (limitations on features, listening time, advertisements, etc.), it is very likely that you have not connected to your usual Deezer account.

In this case, you will need to try all your email addresses (if you have several), and reset your password from this link.

If you have problems resetting your password, you will also need to contact support.
