renewing a subscriptioN that was previously through BMW

I have a Deezer Subscription that originated via BMW connected drive. As Deezer is not available via BMW now, how do I renew my sub via the Deezer app or by any other means?Deezer app says renew via BMW but that is obviously impossible!
