Hi @bradzolomon if you're getting a pop up message asking you to subscribe to Family it's because somebody is streaming music using your account on another device (you can only listen to music on one device at a time). You can manage your devices (see this link: - https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115004531965-Managing-Connected-Devices- ) and if you don't know who's using your account then I suggest changing your password (this will log your account out on all devices and you'll have to sign in again). Let us know how you get on 🙂 Thank you, I was under the impression multiple profiles in premium mean we could listen to music at the same time.
