My Deezer account is being used by someone else

I’ve been noticing lots of new music appearing in my favourites which I’ve never heard of and that I didn’t put there. My music has also stopped when I’ve been playing it as it said that someone else is listening.   I know that I can change my password but how can I sign out from all devices before doing so?   Thanks in advance! I have the same problem
