I created my account to try the free trial with Fitbit. I then forgot about cancelling the account before it charged me. I went to cancel it and it tells me I don’t have an account. I had to recreate the account. But when I do it tells me I don’t have a subscription. I have tried both emails, my google, my phone number, and my Facebook. And all of it tells me I don’t have an account or subscription. has anyone else run into the problem? I just want to cancel the account without canceling my credit card.
