Hi @Alberto K that is not possible, but you need to know the current password in order to change it and insert a new one. So you if you do not want this to happen make the login on the member's phone this way they will not know the current password and cannot change it. We are aware of this issue and are working on a better implementation. My kids are able to freely switch between profiles without using the current password. Are there any way what so ever to restrict the kids to their own profiles? Did you ever get an answer to this? I don’t understand how content settings are the least bit helpful when. Kids can go in and switch to my account and turn them off...
I actually set up independent accounts for my kids thinking that this would allow a fix to the parental controls (based on this Deezer announcement - https://www.deezer-blog.com/press/more-freedom-for-the-family-with-individual-logins/) but it actually provided no ability to filter those at all. I’m not sure what the solution from here can be. Can you give more details on what a true child account does (meant for 12 and under). I have 15 and 16 year old kids and if the controls on that kid account allow them to listen to anything that isn’t explicit, that may work. But is there a way to keep those accounts locked from explicit content or can they also still go in to the main profile and switch it?
