What happened in Music on this day !?
Hi Rudi, perhaps you misread my message... I’ve cancelled my subscription, deleted and reinstalled the app, in UK, connected to a British WiFi service.... and it’s still quoting me prices in Swiss Francs. How can I get around this after those steps have been taken and the problem still isn’t solved? Could I perhaps use a laptop to sign up and see if it works that way? Thanks in advance for help!
Please help - I originally had a deezer account in Switzerland but have moved back to the UK. Finding no way to change country, I deleted the app, reinstalled, created a brand new account, and yet it’s still telling me that to subscribe to premium I have to pay 17 Swiss Francs per month. I checked my iTunes account and it is linked to UK. CHF17 is too much, plus I’d incur currency exchange fees by trying to pay in francs from my English bank account. After deleting, reinstalling and creating a brand new account, I simply have no idea what to do next, and I miss my music. Help welcome! :)
