You have to cancel your current account and subscribe again from the country of origin. the country is set automatically, depends on of your ip.
Btw - Deezer guys - this is really strange way how to bill your customers - especially in the modern days when we travel around the whole globe, so my IP address can be different every month, so I could basically just every month get a different subscription fee, until I would find a country with the lowest fee... and believe me I travel a lot. Just for inspiration - e.g. Adobe where I also have an account, connects customer's account to the country where is the billing address for the payment card which is used for paying the bill (also PayPal accounts have linked country). By switching the account localization from IP location to payment card's billing address, this way your end-users would get more accurate content, than when their account is linked it to their IP address... you would get more satisfied customers
Hi there Eva.Zeman I get your frustration. As you've subscribed from Czech Republic, the ip address was recognised and your account is set to that country. If now you live in the Netherlands and wants the account to be charged in EUR and also listen to your local music (not Czech) you need to wait for the subscription to finish/cancel and resubscribe again from where you live now - NL. Give it a go and let me know if you still need any help ;)
Hi Rudi, thanks for your help, so my subscription ends in 3 days, and then I'll subscribe again. Still - it amazes me that there is no easier way how to do this. But thank you! Eva
Hi guys, I live in the Netherlands, and my Paypal is being charged the fee in CZK every month (which is always then always converted to EUR to be deducted from my Dutch bank account...). Also the app always offers me playlists in Czech, and Czech music charts, Czech albums... I'm sorry but I really don't care about Czech content and I would really like my PayPal account to be charged in EUR for the monthly fee, as currently my bank account is being charged different EUR amount every month... I tried looking for how to solve this, but haven't found any solution. Can please someone help me? Thanks, Eva
