Hello!

We have many songs we love that are part of albums, playlists, and our favourites. The QUEUE allows us to temporarily gather all these songs in one place. Additionally, in the QUEUE, we can turn on SHUFFLE.

Here's how to SHUFFLE songs from PLAYLISTS, ALBUMS, and FAVOURITES in the QUEUE:

  1. Open the playlist, album, or favourites you want to add to the queue.
  2. Click on the first song to play it. This action will automatically add the entire playlist, album, or favourites to the queue.

We need to do this because the queue always contains the music that was played previously.

Now, find the next playlist, album, or favourite songs that you want to add to the queue, but don’t click on play.

Select all the songs, or choose only the ones you want to add.

Then, click on the three dots and select ADD TO QUEUE.

Once you’ve finished adding songs, turn on SHUFFLE. All the songs in the QUEUE will then be shuffled, and you can start playing them.

You can also temporarily remove any songs you don’t want to play by clicking the X next to them in the queue.

Before you turn on SHUFFLE, you have the option to add a song more than once.

HOW TO ADD A SONG TO THE QUEUE MULTIPLE TIMES

Find the song you want to add, click on the three dots, and select ADD TO QUEUE. If you want to add the same song again, simply repeat the process.

Additionally, all songs added to the queue can be moved up or down in the order, or removed by clicking the X next to them.

Hi @Nina Nebo, thanks for sharing this information's. Is very useful.

I don't see that there is any similar option for mobile app. Is that correct? I'm choosing three dot menu to see what options I have, and I am always disappointed that I can't add something as play next or to queue.

Hi @Diana J !

On mobile app is similar way .Main thing is that you need first add playlist or album

with PLAY ON on FIRST SONG on that album or playlist NOT with 3dot .Then first album or playlist  will be in queue .With that  you clear all songs which was on queue before .
Next step is adding album or playlist with 3 dots .

Thank you so much for explaining! What I was missing is the first step where you start with a track.

Appreciate you taking the time to post this!! 💐

@Nina Nebo

How many playlists can we queue?

I used to queue three or more. Now (since the infamous rebranding update) it seems it is only two playlists.

Any insights?

Hi @Captain_Eric1 !

I tried add to queue more than 8 playlists and now there are over 5000 tracks . On desktop Deezer web and PC app work fine in this moment .

I have synhronized Deezer on mobile app (android ) with my PC and I notice that can't open queue and don't see 5000 tracks like on Desktop .
When is in queue more than 2000 tracks on android then can't see any song like on PC .
I was reduced songs in queue under 2000  and then I was can open queue on android and all songs was there .
I think  limit on mobile app 2000 tracks in queue .

@Nina Nebo Thanks for the reply. I take your point that it may be limited by number of songs.

I was aimed at number of Playlists. Just tried it again on android. Looks like I can queue three Playlist and maybe more, but I haven't tried it yet.

I wish I could sort the resulting queue (or three Playlist), but alas no. On Android

 @Captain_Eric1

Depends how many tracks you have on playlist .
Limit tracks for one playlist is 2000 songs .
So ,if you have 3 playlist with  around 700 songs maybe can't put all in queue . But if you have 3 playlist with around 600 songs ( or less ) then they will be in queue ( of course if is on every playlist around 100 tracks then will be more playlist in queue ) .

How to clear QUEUE with one song from single

All you have to do is find one song that is on the single and start playing.
Now Queue will contain only that one song which can be easily removed from the queue.
At this moment this is the only way to clear the Queue.

Here is one song from single  which can help clear queue
