Is another device you don't recognise connecting to your Deezer account?
Is your content being modified or deleted? Do you see songs you’ve never listened to in your favourites?

👉 Your account has probably been compromised. Don't panic, we’re here to help you recover it!

I still have access to my account

👉 Here’s what you should do first:

  1. CHECK the devices connected to your Deezer account via "My connected devices" from a web browser on a PC/Mac.
  2. REMOVE all devices you do not recognise.
  3. TEMPORARILY DISCONNECT social networks from your Deezer account through Notifications & Sharing.
  4. USE an anti-malware program on all your devices, and run a scan to detect and neutralise any threats.

👉 Once these steps are completed, you should be the only person connected to your account. Now it’s time to secure it:

  1. RESET your Deezer password here

  2. RESET the password of your email account linked to your Deezer account.

Tips for a secure password: Use at least 12 characters, including an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character such as :/+=^%&#. Avoid using your name, surname, or birthdate.

Your credentials have been changed and you no longer have access to your account

And in any case...

👉 For lost content:

You can restore your playlists via this link from a web browser on a PC/Mac only.

👉 To prevent this from happening again:

It's important to be aware of the security of your Deezer account and, more generally, to be cautious about your activity and personal data on the internet.

This article will give you more details on how to ensure the security of your Deezer account and your email.
