I am happy to announce that after a fun competition and the reveal of the worst presents ever, @Nina Nebo  has been crowned the winner of our Sonos x Deezer December Giveaway

 

 

Thanks to everyone who participated, found the hidden playlist and shared the worst gifts they have ever received, from a mug to dancing lessons or horrendous clothing that would make Anna Wintour cry.

@Nina Nebo , you truly deserve the title and I hope you can Live the Music with this wonderful prize.

I like event and it will be nice that is there rewards for more players ( first ,second and third place ).

It was so much fun to plan and launch this event with the Deezer team. I was happy to see how much fun everyone had with the games. Hope the scavenger hunt wasn’t too hard 😅 Looking forward to more of these fun events in the future!

Ah this is just fantastic news and I’m really pleased that Nina - @Nina Nebo came out on top here and very much deservedly so. It’s just sooo lovely to see the right person win and be rewarded for the huge effort that they not only put into both Christmas games, but also it reflects their incredible contribution to the Deezer community overall too.

Well done Nina 👍  …and a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you.  No doubt I will see you around both the Deezer and Sonos communities and certainly at the next Sonos/Deezer game(s) too in 2024.

I also want to say a huge ’THANK-YOU’ here too, to the Support Staff from both communities for their work in setting up the games across both platforms.

A few useful tips about the Roam and it’s buttons @Nina Nebo …

The Play/Pause button…

  • Quick Press - Play/Pause
  • Slightly Longer Press - Groups Roam with other playing Sonos speaker
  • Long Press - Sound Swap see LINK
  • Very Long Press as device is powered ON - Factory Reset (Never usually required).
  • Double Quick Press - Next Track
  • Triple Quick Press - Return to start of Track/Previous Track

The Rear Power Button…

  • Quick Press - Sleep/Wake Mode
  • Slightly Longer Press  - Bluetooth Mode/Pairing/WiFi Mode
  • Long Press 5+ seconds - Shutdown off charger/Power On
  • Real long Press 15+ seconds - Power reset (Never usually required)

Other Information…

  • Roam will sleep/power off when not on its charger after 30 minutes of inactivity. Note when in sleep mode the opening of the Sonos App on the network will wake the Roam.
  • In addition to Qi (wireless) charging, the Roam will charge fine with any adapter with a power output of  5v x (2 Amp-to-3 Amp) -10W to 15W - Any PD certified charger is a good charger to use. 
  • The Roam is safe to be left on charge 24/7 and is IP 67 dust/water resistant.
