I've paid for Deezer but I'm still being asked to subscribe/ Paid but still FreeF.A.Q.

I have a error my deezer is not free I'm paying for the a premium of 9.99 and it has been taken out of my account but it says my deezer is free not so and it playing 30 second of the songs I'm trying to listen to.
