Humanure is the second studio album by American deathgrind band Cattle Decapitation.a It was released on July 13, 2004 and has been noted for its iconic cover art, depicting a cow defecating what appears to be human body parts in a wasteland environment — the image has been compared to the artwork for Pink Floyd’s album Atom Heart Mother. Humanure generated some minor controversy around the time of release for its obscene imagery.

Inbreeding the Anthropophagi is the second full-length album by the American death metal band Deeds of Flesh.
The album revolves around the legend of Sawney Bean and his family, telling of their cave-dwelling existence and grisly practice of attacking travellers on local roads for food and profit.

When I searched for disturbing album images , I didn't even know that these albums would be available on Deezer, but I was wrong.

The main question is why are such images on album cover at all !?

In the 90s I listened to Love/Hate, with their disturbing album cover art. Sure, some will say that this is art, but I don’t:

 

 


@Nina Nebo I think this band makes a choice in these offensive album covers because they want to show that they are AGAINST the establishment or to shock. Negative attention is also attention.

Also in metal rock music the most topics are dark subjects and they sing about death and destruction so they have disturbing album covers .
