Hi everyone,

Two years ago, I claimed the artist page for my musical project.

Now, I need to claim another artist page under the same account. Is this possible?

I read in the documentation that there should be a page to claim a new artist, but I couldn’t find it in the dashboard.

Can anyone help me with this?

I’m attaching multiple screenshots of my Deezer for Creators dashboard.

Thanks!

Hi @colorsnmachines !

You can claim and add an artist profile only with your manager profile or label profile .

Hi @Nina Nebo ,

Thank you for your reply.

I'm an independent artist, and I only have one account, which I used to claim my artist page. My account already has admin status, with all rights enabled, including the artist editor role.

Could you please explain it in more detail, please? :)

@colorsnmachines

There are different levels of access for Deezer for Creators depending on who you are.

You can request access as an artist, a label, a manager, or a provider.

Maybe you can't manage Users On Your Artist Page ,because you have access as an artist ( you need have access as a label or a provider )

Here is screenshot How To Manage Users On Your Artist Page from Deezer Help Center

@Nina Nebo

In short, I created a new manager account and used it to make a claim request. I couldn't do this with my previous account because it only had an artist role.

I hope this information helps anyone else facing a similar issue out there!
