Hello!

 

I’ve just subscribed to Deezer Premium in Ukraine, but do not see the “HiFi” option available for me, neither in web version, win desktop application or iOS app. The only options available are “Standard” and “Better” on web and desktop and “Basic”, “Standard" and “HQ” in iOS. Devices are Win 10 PC with latest desktop app and latest Firefox, and iPhone 13 with latest iOS and latest app version, if that matters.

I don’t see any specific plans available to my that enable HiFi and it seems like it should be available for the regular Premium sub.

One thing that may be affecting it, this account is quite old (maybe since 2015), I was using it on a free tier to blast something at the office, but a year or so ago I wanted to make you my primary streaming platform and got Premium. In a month I cancelled it because I was bummed by the lack of gapless playback (still none on windows app 😞 ), and yesterday subbed again because Spotify has turned so bad I’d rather use your web version with gapless than subject myself to their torture. Maybe the old age of the account or subscription history affects it, dunno. But I would like to have a lossless option available, even if I have to spend a bit more. Your platform seems nice and I’d like to support you.

 

Making an update for anyone who might encounter this issue - just cancel your Premium subscription if you made it through iOS app (I suspect the same for Android app) and re-subscribe using the website, that’s it! Just to make sure to select the Hi-Fi plan.

If you can't cancel with deezer, did you take out your subscription through a third party, possibly Google or Apple (within the deezer app)?


But how can I cancel my Premium subscription if there is no button “Cancel subscription” in their app or on their site?


@Anton.Prokofyev subscriptions  made through apple will be visible in your AppleID subscriptions list, like ton this screenshot. Can el it there and then subscribe through the website after the remaining days run out.

Can you log in again on the desktop app?

Yup, tried all the regular troubleshooting steps - tried re-logging, reinstalling, updating, trying from different networks and devices, still the same. All logins are from the same account.
