Why does Deezer lose revenue and does not offer its services to DJs via Serato / Pioneer’s / Native Instruments software? HiFi and deejays are made for each other.

Please not that many DJs do not use streaming services  because they need a good connection in the club. But if Deezer could buffer it up in the software somehow it could be a game changer.

Deezer has different business and the use of our app is individual only. Due the copyright It's forbidden to use Deezer on clubs or any other venues/public spaces.

It’s time for Deezer to move ! I’m not a professionnal DJ, it’s just for friend’s party (private) but it is the same problem :-(

Dude I have a website includiing various Audio tools but here i totally aggree with your opinion.
Actually, Deezer doesn’t integrate with DJ software mainly because of music licensing and business risk, not because the idea is bad. Deezer’s licenses are made for personal listening, not for DJs playing music publicly in clubs. Supporting Serato, Pioneer DJ, or Native Instruments would require new, more expensive agreements with record labels, especially if buffering or offline use were allowed. Labels are still very cautious about this, particularly with Hi-Fi audio.

Also, DJs are a small niche compared to Deezer’s main audience. The cost of DJ-specific licensing, development, and support may not be worth it for Deezer’s current business model.

So Deezer isn’t really losing revenue. it’s avoiding legal and financial complexity. If labels allow secure buffering in the future, a Hi-Fi DJ service like Deezer could become a real game changer.
