Before contacting the customer support team, please check first that:

  • Your registered payment method is valid for at least 3 more months.
  • The payment method comes from the same country from which you want to subscribe.
  • The payment was refused by your bank, as this can happen for various reasons even if you have the funds in your account.

 

Have you paid but your subscription is not activated? :iphone::computer::desktop:

  • Check that you are connected to the correct account corresponding to your paid subscription.
  • Try to log out and log in again.
  • If the subscription is still not activated, please contact the customer support team with proof of payment.

Hi... Just send a previous webform. Only giving a quick update. I cannot pay with paypal as well, same message keep popping and I am not being redirected to paypal account. 

I doubt this has to do with my debit card. Please find a solution and advise. 

Hi Jaime, logging in on the computer has now worked whereas I was unable to do this on my phone.  Many thanks for your help:)

I already contacted the support team multiple times, the only answer that i got was:

"Hi Guillermo Thank you for contacting us. I suggest you not do it through Google Payments since it seems that they have an error with the payment of our services. I suggest you enter www.deezer.com/offers and subscribe with one of the payment methods, you will have more options from a PC."

 

I Already paid via Google Payments for the entire month.

Hi @Chris.Byrne , sorry to hear you’ve been double billed. You might be best to contact Deezer Support detailing exactly what’s happened so that they can get this corrected.

Hi Jaime. Thank you again. I have now subscribed to Premium which is what I have always been on - £9.99 per month. Your system now has my current card details. I hope the problem has now been resolved.

I accidentally cancelled my subscription plan and everything since I've been trying to resubscribe but I have been unable to. Please help.

Hi my bank was hacked again and the bank put a hold on all payments how do I pay my subscription now

I need to know who to contact as I have noticed that two monthly subscriptions are being taken from my bank account. One on the 3rd & another on the 5th.

I accidentally cancelled my premium account the day that Google Play Store charged me for the entire month, with a fully month (March) paid my deezer went back to a free version. However on my Deezer App the latest receipt is from February. Any help?
