The “Select All” button isn’t working properly anymore in “Favorite Tracks”. It only selects 40 songs. It is a problem for me because I move many songs between playlists.

Fix that bug asap please.

(web browser: google chrome, mozilla firefox and microsoft edge)

I didn’t tested on android app so I can’t tell if it is broken or not).

Hi there @Gabsletobar

Thank you for reporting this! I was able to reproduce it on my Edge too - so I'll be passing this to the devs to see what they think of it - so that it can be sorted :thumbsup_tone2:

Hi, I'd like to start with a clean slate with no music.

Is there a way to remove all songs from favourites at once? I've over 1000 songs and deleting all individually will take a life time.

Hi there @Andrew.Ralston

At the moment, all you can do is to use Deezer from a PC/Mac and select 40 tracks at a time from your favourites

Hi,

I have in  my favourites around 600 songs and I want to add all of them to one playlist. How to add all my favourites in web browser window ? There is small square on the top of right column but whan i mark it i can mark only (this way) 40 songs but i need 600 :)

Right, this must have happened during recent updates, I think it worked in the past.

This strange 40 tracks limit also reminds me of a possibly related bug when zooming the view over 100% and trying to scroll down to the bottom of the play queue or any other longer list which is not possible then. You have to reset the zoom to 100% first to be able to scroll down.

Good Day @Rudi

I have experienced the same, How long will it take to fix this problem?

Thank you in advance for your assistance

I have just tested this again in the web player, and it seems to be fixed now. When zooming the view to e.g. 125%, I can scroll down to the bottom of a large playlist with more than 1k tracks, too, so this bug seems to have been fixed as well. Don’t know if this is also true in the desktop app, because I cannot login again.

For me isn’t fixed. In fact this bug happens in all my browsers (microsoft edge, mozilla firefox and google chrome) It also happens in the Desktop Deezer App from Microsoft Store, so I don’t know what's happening. I tried clear cache and cookies but that doesn't work either. My temporary solution is to select all musics in the Android App

We're still looking into this @Gabsletobar thank you for reporting it!

The same is happening to me.

Specifically, I’m not allowed to select over the first 40 tracks of the selection.

After selecting , f.e., an artist from the bar, I cannot flag the 41st and over.

The only way is playing the track and adding it from the play bar below

is there a maximum you can change. It looks like the first 40 only

Hello @wobbel53, sorry about that, it is actually an issue that our tech teams are currently working on :slight_frown:

Thank you for your feedback and have a nice week

Thanks for reporting this too @teddyboy we've added your details to our report to the devs

Hopefully it can be sorted soon!

So lately when I’ve attempted to move any tracks after the first 40 in my favourite tracks playlist, the desktop app simply won’t do it. However it works exactly like it’s supposed to for those first 40 and I can move them to wherever.

Hey @Cal475

Thanks for reporting. I've moved your comment here and passed your details to our developers - so this helps them working on the issue :thumbsup_tone2:

I added music to myMP3. now i want to be able to download it too. Normally you do this by, for example, creating a playlist. Only if I want to select everything I can only select the first 40, every song after 40 I can check but when scrolling up it is deselected again.

Do more people have this problem?

When will this bug be fixed.

And why can't you select a group song with shift that would be easy if you only want to select a part since I have uploaded multiple albums (of course legal music)

Hi @Artoon

Thanks for your approach. I've moved your comment here so that you can keep up with the development of this issue. We're working on it.

About selecting a group of tracks, please vote for this idea here

Hi there,

I have an issue, using Deezer on Web, application and Android.

I can’t delete some songs in My MP3s playlist, only the first 40 tracks…

I have over 100 songs uploaded on My MP3s playlist, and I can select any song, but all the songs which are further in the list (above track #40) does not save the selection as soon as I scroll back up to delete them.

This is very annoying since I have files that were corrupted at the time and I didn’t know.

Now if I want to remove them, I’d have to delete all the songs until I reach the wanted one… Can this be fixed ASAP, please and thank you!

If I’m missing an important information as if a setting is incorrect or misusing the function, please let me know.

I’m currently running into this issue. Was hoping it would be fixed after a couple days but appears it’s going on for weeks now

Hello @mokachino, indeed it’s an issue our teams are currently working on, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing it as well. I hope we’ll be able to communicate you a fix is available very soon.

Hello @Magus, I’ve moved your message to this topic, even though in your case you mention the MP3, it’s the same issue as this topic. Our teams are working on fixing it.

Have a nice day

Hello,

when I try and delete some mp3s, won’t let me select any of them except for the first 40; it won’t even let me create playlists by selecting any mp3… can you help please?

Tried with Chrome, Safari and the Mac Desktop app

When I search for a track in My MP3s (Web version) and tick check-box, there is no Delete button. If I scroll down to find a track manually and tick check box, it ticks off automatically when I return to the top so there is no Delete button again. It does not tick off only for 40 track at the top of the list.

It would be convenient to have Delete option in a track menu to remove them one by one.
