lost my profile

I'm a member of a Deezer family account profile. The main profile has not been touched and the main user can see my profile, however, I cannot access my family account via my user. Main user sent me an invite as a new member but none of music is there. Can you help please?

Hi @Mariana.Moyano.Menta I have checked in our system and it seems that you have 2 profiles on the same Family account and one of them is an independent profile.
Which profile is the one you have not been able to access?

The independent profile us the one I had before, linked to the family account. I have now one with the same email and user but says "Deezer family" under the name. This one was created a few days ago to try recover some of my music.
