logging in issue

i have tried all the trouble shooting issues downloaded and reinstalled the app maybe 10 times already for some reason i cant log into my acc on mobile. even after i linked my facebook acc to try and log in with either my gmail or my facebook not one is working.

first started with i wasnt able to save anything to my playlist and next moment i could not log back in please advise. very frustrating.

Hi @Phil Rowley , Are you still having issues? If so, could you let us know more details such desktop/iOS/android etc and the exact error message you’re getting? Otherwise, please contact Deezer support with as much information as possible to troubleshoot.
