Deezer via T-Mobile

Hello,

 

Today I received an email that my Deezer contract is ending. However, I recently extended my T-Mobile contract, including Deezer. The administration of T-Mobile still says that I have a Deezer contract and I still pay for it. Can you check what is going on?

Hello @hesterpalland I’ve checked in our system and your Premium account via T-mobile is active.
Could you please send a copy of that email and also log out from the Deezer App, turn off your phone, turn it on again and then login to Deezer with your credentials and password and let me know if that works?

Ik heb een T-mobile abonnement voor Deezer maar nadat ik mijn telefoon verloren ben en een nieuwe telefoon heb, lukt het niet meer om in te loggen.

I can see that your Premium subscription is still active on the system via T Mobile. If you can’t login using your phone number, please login by using your email address and password, it should be OK that way,
