Wont let me resubscribe to student account after a change of debit card

Hi I have recently changed my payment card and I had a student account. I recieved an email saying no payment has been taken so I went to update and it says I’m an not applicable for this special feature however I can pay the full amount. Why is this I still fall into the 18-24 age and I linked my uni card for proof

hi @BT1 The student offer is a one-time offer, with no possibility of re-subscribing and since the subscription payment failed, your account turned into free and stopped being Student.
If you want to subscribe again you will have to do it by paying a normal premium subscription.

Ok thank you that is a bit unfortunately especially that I had to cancel a card and the distribution of the other one was slower than expected but ok
