Why is my Deezer subscription not working even though I paid?

Hi @Ahmed Sabry according to our system the payment could not be taken - could you please check?

In order to subscribe, please follow these steps on a computer or laptop:

  • open internet browser Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox
  • type in www.deezer.com
  • log into your Deezer account
  • Click on your profile in the top right corner

  • Click on "Account Settings"

  • Click on the "My Information" tab
  • Click on "Manage my subscription"
  • a new window will open where you can choose your subscription

My account was debited by Deezer however my service still functions a a free service. I need this fixed please. Please activate my service or I will have to cancel my subscription.

Hi @Claudz, what payment method did you use? Is it a direct Deezer subscription or through Itunes or Vodacom?

are you 100% sure you're signing into the correct account (the one you've paid for) - e.g. you paid when you were logged into Facebook but now you're signing in with Google etc?

If you are 100% sure then contact support here with as much information as you can give them and they will assist you 🙂
my premium subsription is not working and payment went off. and i cant contact anybody. its frustrating

Sorry to hear that.

I've checked the account linked to the email you used here in the community and your subscription is set to Free with no payments.
So I suggest you checking the login details to see if you used the right email to login. If the answer to this is yes, then please contact our support team here with confirmation of payment and they'll be able to sort that out 😉

What is exactly happening? Have you checked your login details?

are you sure you're signing into the correct account that you paid on (this happens a lot). e.g. you paid when you were signed in with Facebook but now you're signing in with Google or email (or the other way around)?

If 100% you've checked this then I suggest contact support with all your details here they will be able to assist you

Could you explain in a bit more detail? What happens when you try to subscribe to Premium?

Hi I have paid my subscription but can’t access premium even if I click on the link to subscribe it says that I already have a subscription. TBH the lack of live customer support is really annoying and I have been trying to sort this out since I paid last Friday

I have changed my subscription from deezer premium to Deezer family. The payment was succesful, but the app is still settled as Deezer premium

I did exactly what you ask for, and subscription remains the same. Nothing has worked so far
