Why am I not eligible for Family?

I need to buy deezer family but the option is not availbale form the phone or from the lap top, how can i suscribe to deezer family?

Hi @Jbelalca I could now see that you are paying with iTunes, that is why you are getting this error message. You will have to cancel your iTunes payments as described here then wait until your subscription is expired and activate Family after that. Sorry that we did not see this right away.

Thanks for your help, but after i did what you suggest i keep receiving the same screen

If you've cancelled via iTunes you still need to wait until it reverts to Free first - when it expires on 25th March 😉
