While i am listening music after 1 song or in the random place of song it stops


  • Hi, after update family deezer account i have problem. While i am listenin music after 1 song or in the rand9m place of song it stops. I saw some reccomendation here, i tried but doesn't work. Can you please clear the cache in your system? Cause i tried all of this solution which in this topic.

Hi @Rudi ,

I reset my password and It fixed the problem.

That's a bit strange, but it finaly works and I can listen music.

Hi @Elif sorry for the late reply. What exactly have you tried please, can you explain in more detail? Do you get an error message when the music stops? What happens exactly?
Hi, while im listening music it stops randomly, when i open the screen music starts again. I don't have any error message, only it stops without any error. I tried to delete chrome cache, but it didn't change anything. Before i hadn't this problem but after updating deezer family account, this problem started.
Facing the same issue for Both web version and Windows Store version.
Open app/web site, start Flow and able to listen only one song, when click next nothing is happening.

Try to clear cache and cookie for Web version, not helped

Also there is such error in development console:
