Hello @Pete Douglas

Thank you for reporting this. What device are you using for Deezer? or where are you getting that error?

As @Margtu as mentioned, please try to delete the Deezer/sound system app or try to update the firmware software in your settings.

It should be OK after following those steps.

Thanks! :)

same problem as pete douglas re ms0002. continuous problem loading and re try doesnt do anything.

also if i put a track from say a compilation album onto my favourites it seems to load the entire album, but i cant delete as the heart wasnt used in the first place on the other songs

i use a tablet for deezer but not much on it

 thanks

hey @alex.mugridge can you please send me a screenshot of the error message?
Have you tried to update to the latest version of Deezer app?
Thanks :)

hi jamie,  thanks for contact…..last night i force closed my tablet, uninstalled deezer then reinstalled it, this MAY have cleared it as favourites started playing normally but i havent had time to check it out properly yet.

so at the moment no screen shot available. any ideas on why part/whole albums go to favs that i cant remove as the heart is blank as not used in the first place?

Thanks for letting me know Alex.
I am not sure about that problem, but again if you send me a screenshot and provide as much details as possible it easier then to reach out to developers and fix it faster.
Thanks for your help and apologies for any inconvenience

Hi Alfredo … well had found an alternative on ‘Play Store’ and loaded that, it seems better, just titled differently.  But had reloaded 4 times, so this version now seemingly work…. as similar issue with others I see.

Hi, now with all the recent issues with whatever is MS0002 - now see an email from Deezer, that they are forcing an Upgrade, which is fine. Welcome any upgrade but if you Don’t want to pay the extra £2 (GBP) a month - you can leave us…!  what, customer service is that..!  - up circle cost increase on 22nd Nov-2021. Thank you.

Hey @Pete Douglas I am sorry to hear that. Did  you receive that info (“you can leave us”) from support or in an official email?

Can you provide a screenshot to send your feedback to the corresponding team?

Thanks :)

Hi Jaime
Sorry don’t have copy of chat, can’t screenshot off tablet but have shot of email, attached.

Regards, Pete

Thanks for the information @Pete Douglas I guess it was part of being transparent, mentioning that every user is free to not accept this price raise and cancel the subscription.
However I would recommend to contact our Deezer Support Team and discuss with them all your options.
Thanks :)

Hey @georgevier

Can you please try the following steps one by one and test if it works after each step?

  1. Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
  2. Try another network (4G or Wifi)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
  5. Un-install the app and re-install the app

Please let me know if that works.

Had the ms0002 error.

Restart app fixed it

And how often do you need to do? It seems easier to change the service, it is forever abandoning yours. This does not solve the problem. It occurs regularly until you restart the application. It brings to madness.

Not only for a few years there is still no possibility to see all the tracks of one performer, so now which month is observed regular MS0002.

It is plenty of students, forgiven free app. But do not care about users for their own money - it is already too. Sorry for my English.
