Hi guys i am during Vodacom network they have a deal with deezer where they pay deezer on behalf of subscriber but now it always does this it says I have to subscribe and when I press more info it says I already am please anyone help me

Hi there, what do you mean exactly? If you have made a new contract with Vodacom, but your account is still on free please contact Vodacom to have this activated as we cannot do this for you I am afraid.
I am having trouble resupcribing my account. I am payng through vodacom and it keeps saying that an unexpected error has occurred. This has happened for 4 months now and I am still to be assisted with this issue.

I'm sorry, but this information is wrong! If you pay to Vodacom, only Vodacom will be able to help you with that. We have a partnership and Vodacom uses our platform, but we don't have access to their payments. Please speak to someone else from there. I'm so sorry about that!

When I try to resubscribe via vodacom I keep getting an error message telling me to try again later

Hi there,

I have subscribed to Deezer through Vodacom for a while now without any issues.

I received an SMS confirming payment on the 29th of July, but the last week, Deezer has put me into free mode.

Everytime I try upgrade via Vodacom there is an error message and when I try pay by card it says payment failure please try another method.

pplease assist!?
