Upgrade to premium+ with Vodacom

I tried to subscribe to premium+ through Vodacom but it just says to try again later. I have tried a few more times over the past few months, but still nothing. How can I fix this?

Hi @Lisa.Olivier, we have no influence on the vodacom subscription. I can only suggest you to wait a bit and if it still doesn't work, please get in touch with Vodacom directly. If you've subscribed through vodacom successfully and have issues with linking that subscription to Deezer, you are more than welcome to let us know and we'll check ☺

I subscribed to Vodacom to get the premium account. It's billed me but I'm still not a premier account holder.
That's the problem fir me, Vodacom charged me, but I'm still not a premium member on Deezer. So I'm paying for nothing.

I opened your account from here and there is no telephone number linked to your account with your email. Have you tried to log in using your number and password instead your email and password ? 😉
I paid with Vodacom sweet deals 5 per day but still on free mode but they tool the R5

@Thandokazi.Shadia.Sotashe Looks like there is no subscription linked to your account. After you singed up for the deal with vodacom, you should have received an sms with instructions on how to link it to your deezer account. Please follow the steps to link it :)
If you haven't received anything, please get in touch with vodacom directly to ask if the subscription is active and what to do next 🙂
If I want to play in I pay through my Vodacom accounts I click to pay and it says unexpected problem has occurred please try again later and it is saying this for two weeks now

Sorry about that. I've had a brief look at your account (the one linked to the email you used in the community) and I've unlinked your social media logins - also sent you a password reset email. Please change your password and try to login with your email, instead of social media. After that, you can try to upgrade as normal. Let me know if you still need help 😉
