Upgrade to Deezer Family plan

I want to upgrade from the premium to the family membership but it won't let me do it via the app. I phoned my service provider vodacom they clueless too. Any ideas on how I can do this

Have you tried upgrading via a computer on Deezer.com?
Will have a look today but I am paying with 3 mobile credit would tat be the problem?

It shouldn't be a problem if you see the option to upgrade to Family. But that means that your current Premium subscription will be immediately cancelled.

Have you tried clearing the app's cache? If that doesn't work, you may need to cancel your paid subscription and revert it to Free before upgrading to Family. For more info, please contact our support team here 😉

Thanks for reaching out. Have you purchased your Premium subscription via iTunes? If yes, you'll need to cancel your subscription first, wait for the Premium period to expire and then subscribe to Family directly with us.

If not, you may benefit from clearing the app/browser's cache, or even logging out and logging in again. Let us know how it goes.

No, not at all :relaxed: they'll remain as part of your master profile in the Family account.

Hi there, I still have this problem.  It should be easy to upgrade to the family account.  I am told I am not eligible.  I guess I have to wait for my premium user account to expire?? I did not use itunes and I have deleted my browser cache and cookies...

I have got a free one year premium subscription as a welcome gift from my energy provider (Sorgenia).

Now I would like to switch to the family plan. Is there any chance to pay only the difference?

I have been on a family account for a long time but recently had to changed my payment details. After doing so my subscription reverted to premium account and now offers no option to go back to a family account? 1.How do I activate the family account again  and 2. at the original monthly price I had before? Thanks

One of the options for you is to cancel the current Premium sub and wait for it to be reverted to Free so that you can subscribe to Family again. I'm not sure which price you were paying before so I encourage you to contact our support team in order to discuss that :thumbsup_tone2:

I change my account from premium to family and they took the charge from my mastercard but the account didn’t changed. Now they show that i have a free account.

 

Ik heb via iTunes mijn abonement omgezet van premium naar family maar in de deezer app is het nog steeds premium. Ik ben een maand verder, heb wel voor family betaald, maar geen verandering. Geen idee hoe ik dit om moet zetten. Kan iemand mij hier mee helpen?
