Upgrade from Premium to HiFi

Hi,

 

I have signed up to DEezer Premium but would like to upgrade to HiFi. How can I do that without getting charged for a new account? The only options I hvae when I go to the manage account page are to ‘sign up’.

Hello @alainpicard and @JessM79, unsubscribe from your current offer, wait until the end of the ongoing paid month and once you’re back to the Free offer, you will have the possibility to subscribe to HiFi. Don’t hesitate to tell me if you have further questions.

I've been trying since August to subscribe back to Deezer I kept getting a note saying I couldn't do it at that time I was told in an email I didn't have funds on any of the cards I used but I had just received my paycheck Everytime I tried so I know that wasn't the issue but I never got any help but I  was finally able to do it through my Roku t.v but now that I get on with my phone it won't let me upgrade to Deezer family. Can I finally please get some kind of help?

There’s a loop...

If you have a year’s subscription, you will lose the remaining money you prepaid when you upgrade to hifi.  At least that’s how it worked when I upgraded to HIFI.

Hi Kevin, I have unsubscribed as I want to upgrade to Hifi but don’t want to wait to upgrade, wat can be done to speed the process up?

I also have the same problem. Mistakenly subsribe on Premium but cannot upgrade or re-subscribe to HIFI. The message told me “We are sorry, but you are not eligible for this offer.”

 

So strange.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention @fxharyanto. I encourage you to speak to our colleagues in the support team here. In any case, if you made use of a promo already, that could be the reason why you may not be eligible for the HiFi one. In any case, have a chat with them and they'll be able to discuss the specifics of your account :relaxed:

Many times when we ask to check above is because their is a reply to the question marked as best answer or an article regarding the problem.

People ask same questions row by row.

There is indeed an answer usually marked or someone gave a link for customer chat.

There is no need to post same answers over.
