Upgrade from Deezer Premium to Deezer HiFi doesn't work

Why, when I want to subscribe to Deezer hifi, they send me to the payment page and write that unfortunately you cannot take part in the promotion. How to fix this and make a subscription? Thanks in advance Ms answer.

Hi @Denys.Ponomarenko  As you currently have a Deezer Premium offer subscribed through Apple, you will first need to cancel your current offer (On your iPhone go to settings> iTunes & App Store> click on your apple id and login> signatures> then just click Deezer and cancel.)
Once your Deezer account reverts to a free version, after the current billing cycle ends], you can subscribe to our HiFi plan. Log into your Deezer account from a PC/Mac preferably and follow this link: https://www.deezer.com/en/offers/hifi

Hello, I paid for Deezer HiFi, but my account remained Premium, canceling the subscription and reinstalling the app did not help. The Apple account has a Deezer HiFi subscription (I have a receipt for this), but the Deezer account has a Deezer Premium subscription on the same payment date.

I can't switch the language. When I click on the button, it sends me to the address https://www.deezer.com/en/. The message above the button says: Sorry, you cannot participate in this promotion.

i have tried to cancel Deezer Premium . In my Apple account is not longer active .

therefore i have chosen for Hifi but in my Deezer account  remains Premium

i have contacted the guys for Apple but the coups not help me 

i cancelled the hifi Order and tried again to get Deezer Hifi  meanwhile  my account was charged for the second time 
one of the amont was credited some hours ago

Let’s start with what the iPhone can do out of the box. Apple iTunes and Apple Music - the native music players across laptops and iPhones respectively - can play MP3, AAC, ALAC, WAV and AIFF audio files.

It can't natively play DSD files, and despite FLAC support being listed in the specs since from the iPhone 8 through to the new iPhone 11 models, Apple doesn't natively support FLAC files. 

You certainly can't play any FLAC music through Apple Music or the Files app.

You would need an android based phone to play flac as deezer doesn’t stream ALAC files

@deathtoallbutmetal49 our Deezer player on iOS can play FLAC, we are not going though Apple Music or Files.

I had a trial premium subscription and canceled it in settings-Apple account. Pressed to sign a Hi-Fi subscription. I was charged money for a Hi-Fi subscription.

I don't understand why the problem is to switch from a free trial to a paid subscription.  I paid the money, I want the best, but you won't give it to me, but they took the money.  All this is very unpleasant.
 

I wrote to your tech support, but they give me stupid advice.  They offer to unsubscribe, wait for the trial period, and then subscribe again.  I want quality now, I paid money.

So in summary - Cancel the premium account - wait until next billing period - and signup again? What happens to the premium accounts playlists ad albums? Sounds pretty risky to me

The problem is not Apple, you have a problem with your subscriptions.  All other programs do not have this problem.  Why can't your technical support solve the problem?  I have submitted screenshots with payment.  Can't you manually switch in my account?
