Unable to subscribe to Deezer: the page just refreshes.

Unable to subscribe to Deezer HiFi

Hi there,

I have been trying to subscribe to Deezer Hifi and it is not working.

I am on a PC, I cancelled my Premium subscription as suggested in a previous post, I access the link

Deezer HiFi | FLAC music and high quality music streaming

and click subscribe and it literally just refreshes the page… no changes to my account.

Not sure how I’m supposed to do this…

 

I just checked and it looks like my account is stuck in the 3 months of free Premium for… 3 months. I have no option to stop the 3 month trial, only the option to cancel the automatic renewal. I can’t delete my account with an active subscription… I’m not sure who runs this service but this is a mess

I have the same problem, I am only moving from family plan. The result is the same. I always end on the initial HiFi page. I even unsubsribed the Family plan, The result remains the same. Deezer still keeps my Family subsription plan. It looks like nobody has ever tested this :(

I am having trouble resubscribing. When I click on the family plan offer the page just refreshes.

I think their site is borked. Went to subscribe and ran into the same issue :angry:

I just tried to subscribe to the premium account both on web browser and mobile app but nothing happens. My account says free right now because I just created the account.

Our payment team has updated the page and everything should be working fine now.
If the problem persists, please let me know.

thanks for your post. I have just tested it and unfortunatelly the situation remains the same. In my account settings, I can clearly see I left my Family plan (it offers me to join reactivation of Deezer Family). When I get to HiFi subcsription page, I can see 2 plan:

  • Deezer Family (selected in Blue colour)
  • Deezer Hifi (in white colour)

When I click on red button “Subsribe” in the Deezer HiFi plan, NOTHING happens :(

Okay, I am having a different experience but it is still broken.

I am still unable to change my account from Premium to HiFi. I never intended on having Premium, I don’t even know how I got signed up for premium. I wanted HiFi from the get-go. Why would you offer both tiers at the same time under different promotions? That is inherently confusing. Just give everyone the best tier from the start...

 

However, when I try to upgrade from Premium to HiFi I must agree to “have my payment method charged immediately in the amount of $14.99” :flushed:

Can someone please help me here? I’m just trying to review/compare the different HiFi services for my YouTube channel and the hurdles for Deezer have been absolutely brutal. I’ve never experienced anything like this…
