Unable to log in: your password is not updated

I got asked today to log in again into my account. When I try number I get a "failed to log in" error. When I try using email it keeps giving me a "your password is not updated" error despite me confirming that I am entering the correct password. How can I fix this without reinstalling?

To try and help you I've unlinked the devices from your account and sent you a password reset email. Please change your password and try to login again. Let me know if you still need help 😉

I think the next step is to reinstall the app - but you'll have to download the music you have again (playlists and favourites will remain, just the downloaded tracks will be wiped).
