Two subscribtions


Once my phone was broken ( soft ware and data issue) and I ended up changed it with the new one. after that i didnt see my deezer app on screen again , so I installed the new app and subscribe it again. at the end i received double charge ( 2 subscribtions) . I ve managed to cancell it and thought that all clear as it say- i am enjoying the free service . However, it showed up in my CC bill that i am still paying 1 subscription . any idea what was the mistaken and how to deactivated my subscribtion totally ?

do you have the details of the account you want to cancel. If so you need to log into that account and cancel following these instructions: -
