Perhaps a Deezer developer could call the development team at Sonos and find out why it's been over a year now and this feature still hasn't been implemented? "Passing it along" clearly hasn't solved this issue so maybe a phone call would??

I can confirm that we are passing all feedback on to our devs and our devs are working alongside with Sonos. I'm sorry that it's taking longer than we expected. 😉
I have a Deezer Family subscription and have had it for a while. But the different profiles do not work with Sonos and I have contacted the Deezer support several times, getting the answer that "it would be nice to have and we are working on it." I then started reading on the Deezer community pages and realized that they have been working on this issue for more than a year!!!
Honestly, how hard can it be?
Spotify works perfectly well with Sonos and it seems that the will at Deezer to change is seriously lacking.
So, I have now cancelled my subscription with Deezer in frustration!
Seriously, Deezer: This is just not good enough!!!

Hi @Wristshot101 I understand your frustration, I am sorry to disappoint, but this is not something we are planning to introduce in the near future. We initially had the information that it is being worked on, but other things have been prioritised 😕

Apparently managing "explicit content within the app" and redesigning the dislike button were higher priority than integrating the profiles feature with a company Deezer partners with. Come on!

Please and put this in quickly. Spotify has this working and it is a dealbreaker for me that deezer does not have it. You will never conquer the market if you are so slow.

Much like in Spotify, you guys need to program the possibility to correctly shiw the members of the teaser family account in the Sonos app. Spotify does this flawlessly, deezer needs to speed up here if you do not want to lose paying customers. Especially in the German market, this is very important. For me, a dealbreaker right now.
Hi I agree. I have a house full of SONOS and Deezer needs to get this sorted out, as well as offering family HIFI subscription so we can all make use of Deezers market advantage. Come on Deezer - you have the best platform let us enjoy it!

Just upgraded to a family account today, as got my dad a Sonos speaker for Xmas. Been with Deezer for years, but looking at this thread, it looks like I'd be much better off with Spotify. Is the family account function something that Deezer is pushing for with Sonos? If not, even as a loyal customer of many years, I'll have to change.

I recently purchased Deezer family. I'll probably go back to standard though as other family members cannot share their playlists with our Sonos system.

My friend uses Spotify and his family accounts all share with Sonos, which is annoying because I have persistently told him that Deezer is better than Spotify!

I hope this is something you can fix 🙂

auch ich habe das Problem, dass meine Partnerin und ich Deezer Family nutzen und auf Sonos nur auf das Hauptkonto zugreifen können.

Ich hoffe es kommt bald eine Lösung, denn sonst muss ich mich nach einem neuen Musikdienstleister umschauen, der dieses anbietet.

I completely agree - I won't upgrade to family before it works in Sonos! Rather, I'd switch zu Spotify ....
Unfortunately this is exactly what happened to me. Been with Deezer for years, but the lack of family accounts in Sonos led me to cancel my subscription and jump ship to Spotify.
Don't want my kids Disney songs on my flow...
How many more subscribers will Deezer lose before they fix this?
Its a pity. Been with Deezer for years, but had to jump ship to Spotify for this very reason. How many more of us have to cancel our subscriptions and give money to the competition before they fix this?they have made empty promises for years. Enough is enough.

Long time Deezer fan. Sorry to hear this. I am currently checking out Tidal which has no problems with the family plan as they were with separate accounts and not profiles. The sound is also absolutely terrific. If this does not get fixed in the next two months I am moving on to Tidal.

100% the same here. Not cancled yet, but very close.
I am the same, have been a member and used Deezer for almost 4 years, but this is a deal breaker for me now that the kids are using Deezer all the time.

Maybe Deezer could offer family member accounts for just a dollar on top of premium so they can run on a separate account?

Rudi, Flo indicated that Deezer is actually not working on it and that it has not been prioritized. You seem to be indicating the opposite. I'm confused. I have been using Tidal for a month and my kids have enjoyed using their Tidal family accounts on Sonos which they could not do with Deezer. A couple more weeks and I am cancelling Deezer which I had been selling to all my friends
