Subscription payment taken twice after cancellation

Hi,

I cancelled my subscription late in December so I expected a payment to be taken in January. There was in fact two payments taken in January and another one this morning. How do I go about getting a refund and stop you taking my money!!!

Please get in touch with our support team with confirmation of payment so that they can sort that out for you. Have you also checked if you have two accounts set up?

I need someone to email me regarding payment problems.

I didn’t notice until today that going back to June 2018 I have been being charged £12.99 and now the payments are coming out of my bank on all different dates that don’t even tally up to a months worth of subscription!

I have all the screen shots from my bank as proof, can someone get back to me ASAP please!
