Subscription issues with renewal


I used to have an account with deezer with all my music downloaded. When i logged in i could still see all my music even though i was no longer a member. I joined again tonight and when i logged in all my music was gone. Im not happy so will cancel again.

Hi there, it means you have subscribed to a different account, not the same one. If you get in touch with our support team here and give all of your emails, they can find the old account and transfer the contents for you 🙂
